STOWMARKET FESTIVAL COMEDY NIGHT LINE-UP CONFIRMED
There's more great news for The Regal following confirmation of the line-up for the Stowmarket Festival Comedy night on Sunday 30th May (8pm). The headline act is the excellent Robin Ince, a much in-demand comedian who supported Ricky Gervais during his "Fame" tour and even featured briefly in The Office! The compere for the evening is James Redmond (left), the former Hollyoaks and Casualty actor who has moved into stand-up comedy. Completing the line-up are the superb Andi Osho and Mark Restuccia. Tickets cost £12 and are available from The Regal box office (01449 612825). They are expected to sell quickly so hurry! For more information on Stowmarket Festival visit www.stowmarketfestival.co.uk
YOU CAN HELP BRING THE OLYMPIC TORCH TO STOWMARKET!
There is currently a campaign by "Visit Suffolk" to bring the olympic torch to Stowmarket. Visit Suffolk is asking people to submit their views via their website on where in Suffolk the torch should visit. We feel it should come to Stowmarket, one of the fastest growing market towns in the UK and as central to the county as you can get! Please help to make this become a reality by clicking here and saying why you'd like to see the olympic torch in Stowmarket.
