The Regal Cinema

The Regal Theatre is enjoying a new lease of life since Stowmarket Town Council took back the management of the venue in April 2008.

Primarily a cinema, The Regal auditorium and box office were refurbished in May 2007 and the bar area was refurbished in April 2008. It is now a classy and pleasant environment in which to enjoy a drink and watch the latest movies and attendance figures have shown a significant increase during 2008.

LIVE SHOWS
The Town Council have increased the number of live shows at The Regal with regular country music Nights, promoted by Brian Mann, proving extremely popular. Stowmarket Concert Band and Stowmarket Operatic and Dramatic Society are also regular users of The Regal whilst the venue have also launched their own live music nights, Live at the Regal.
